Joe excels at many types of photography. I suppose that with his position at the newspaper, that’s a necessity.
“A senior photographer at the San Luis Obispo County Tribune, Joe brings 15 years of experience as a photojournalist, where he’s covered everything from the intimate moments of hospice care, to the intense aftermath of a deadly earthquake.”

“His passion for capturing the natural beauty of California’s Central Coast and its people has led to many awards.”

“His images have been published not only in newspapers around the country, but also in several magazines including National Geographic Explorer, Businessweek, People, and The Surfer’s Journal.”
